By accessing or using the SummaStream website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SummaStream provides AI-powered summarization. You submit a supported video or audio file, a document, a URL, or text, and the service returns a transcript, a summary, key points, notes and related structured output where it is able to.

The service is provided as it is and on a best-effort basis. It may be modified or interrupted, and nothing here is a guarantee of a particular result.

You are responsible for the audio, video, documents, URLs and text you submit. Only submit content you have the right to process and share, and that complies with the law and with these terms.

Use the service only for its intended purpose of summarizing content you are allowed to process. Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or circumvent the service's limits, protections or security controls, and do not submit content in order to work around the protections of any third party.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or invasive of another person's privacy, or content you do not have the right to share. We may refuse or stop processing content that does not comply with these terms.

Some inputs are links to content hosted by third parties. Processing a public link does not change who controls that content or the platform that hosts it. We only process content that is publicly reachable, and we do not bypass login, paywall, DRM or other access controls. Where a link cannot be processed lawfully or technically, the service says so instead of attempting to work around the restriction.

Summaries, notes, key points, action items and other output are generated automatically by AI models from the specific input you provided. They may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and they are not a verbatim record of the source.

Do not rely on the output as professional, legal, medical or financial advice, or as a substitute for reviewing the original content where accuracy matters.

The SummaStream name, logo, design and website content are the property of their respective owners. You keep whatever rights you have in the content you submit, and the output the service produces from your input is yours to use for your own purposes.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, and we may change or remove features as the product evolves.

The service currently works without an account, a sign-in or a payment. These terms make no provision for paid plans, because no paid plans are offered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummaStream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including reliance on any AI-generated output.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your continued use of the service, so it is worth reviewing on occasion.

We may restrict or stop your access to the service if you breach these terms or if your use of the service is unlawful, harmful or abusive. You can stop using the service at any time.
